Great Hills Country Club's fitness center offers access to personal training, free weights, group fitness classes, and much more!  Group fitness classes are offered as complimentary for our stock owning members.

The Club's personal fitness facility provides members a comfortable environment for getting and staying in shape along with a variety of exercise equipment available for use 7 days a week. Members also enjoy access to personal training and a wide array of group lessons. Whatever your fitness goals, our talented training professionals are here to support you with expert knowledge and encouragement each step of the way.

Metabolic Conditioning

A workout that combines full body strength, fast-paced cardio intervals, balance work, and flexibility exercises. Expect to use many different tools in the fitness center including dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, sand bells, and the tire. Each session is 60 minutes with Kaye.

Butts and Guts

Butts & Guts offers a killer workout for all exercisers targeting the lower body and the abs. This workout focuses on muscular endurance rather than strength and involves light weights along with higher repetitions. Each session is 45 minutes with Kaye.

Cardio Strength

Keep your heart rate up with this high energy class! Use tools like the Dynamax medicine ball, battle ropes, TRX Suspension Trainer, and the TRX Rip Trainer. Improve your cardiovascular health and strength train at the same time. Each session is 60 minutes with Kaye.

Strength and Tone

This class is designed to complement your other classes and workouts during the rest of the week. We will focus on strength training and form, light cardio, core work, and stretching. We will definitely be able to make modifications if you have any injuries or areas of concern. This class is designed for all levels so you should get a fantastic workout regardless of your ability! Each session is 45 minutes with Kaye.

Circuit Training

Every class will have a different and challenging workout, combining both plyometric and strength training movements. This will be a fun and energetic class, every movement can be modified to accommodate any level of fitness. Each class is 30 minutes with Emily.
